Thank you for choosing Cool Comfort Service LLC. We aim to provide you with the best HVAC services and products. Please review our full Shipping & Returns Policy before placing an order or booking any service. This policy applies to both services and physical products.
1. Shipping Policy
We mainly ship to all customers in Miami-Dade , Broward , Palm Beach county; additionally, we also ship to other parts of the Florida and US,please contact support about shipment.
We provide free delivery of all HVAC equipment only within Miami-Dade,Broward,Palm Beach counties.
Once you confirm your order and installation our representative will reach out to you over email or call to confirm the date, location, and time of the shipment for your newly purchased HVAC unit with installation.
All equipment is delivered directly to the job site by our team at the time of installation.
• Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery Time: 1–3 business days after processing.
• Shipping Fees: Free for all deliveries in our service area.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns (uninstalled equipment only) within 60 days of the purchase date under the following conditions:

Item Condition: Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in the original manufacturer’s packaging.

Protective Shipping Materials: All protective packaging materials used during shipment must be reused to ensure the product’s safe return.

Original Parts and Accessories: All returned items must include original parts, manuals, and accessories.

A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Return shipping or transportation cost are the responsibility of the customer,unless the return is due to due a defect or error on our part.
Installed equipment
Once equipment is installed,it becomes non-returnable.However ,if there is a manufacturer defect,we will facilitate warranty claims according to the manufacturer warranty policy.
3. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after return approval.
Customers are notified by phone, email, once the refund has been issued.
4.Service and Installation.
All installation and labor services are non-refundable once performed.If there are any services issue,please notify us within 7 calendar days from service performed date.
5. Service Cancellation and Refunds
• Services cannot be refunded once performed.
• You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
